Dandruff is a scalp disorder characterized by the excessive formation of small flakes or crusts of dead skin.

First, combine equal parts apple cider vinegar with water and  gently massage it all over your scalp. Afterwards, let it act overnight and rinse it off the next day with your usual products.

2. Tea tree essential oil

Compounds in tea tree essential oil help inhibit the growth of the yeasts that cause dandruff.

How to use?

To do this, add 10-12 drops of tea tree essential oil to your regular shampoo. It is usually recommended to use the mixture created normally in the washes.

The astringent and antimicrobial properties of baking soda are helpful in removing dead cells and small particles that are released by dandruff.

4. Aspirin as a dandruff treatment

To start, crush 3-5 aspirins and add them to your daily shampoo. Optionally, you can moisten them with lemon juice and rub them on the scalp as a mask.

5. Aloe vera gel

The gelatinous crystal contained in the aloe vera plant is an ingredient rich in antifungal and antibacterial compounds. These compounds help slow the growth of fungi that cause dandruff.

Its application is beneficial to regulate the pH of the scalp as it strengthens the hair follicles to stop excessive hair loss.

How to use?

It is important to extract the aloe vera gel and apply it to the scalp about 5 minutes beforehand. Afterwards, wash and rinse the hair with your regular shampoo, repeat its use as usual.

6. Lemon juice

Natural lemon juice contains natural acids that help control scalp imbalances to prevent dandruff and skin infections.

Its application deeply cleanses the hair and provides nutrients to the hair follicles to promote healthy growth.

How to use?

First, combine equal amounts of lemon juice with water. Afterwards, pour it into a spray bottle to facilitate its application.

7. Olive oil in the fight against dandruff

When dandruff originates from excessively dry scalp, olive oil is a good solution. Its fatty acids deeply nourish the hair in a way that helps  reduce the accumulation of dead cells and impurities.

To develop this method, heat two or three tablespoons of olive oil to a warm temperature. After separating the hair into strands, apply it with gentle massages. Finally, make sure it is well absorbed, it is also recommended to leave it on overnight.
