  • 4 mint leaves and 5 drops of eucalyptus essence

  • A few drops of green food coloring
  • 100 grams of icing sugar

How do I prepare it?

It is very easy, we will start by preheating the oven to 180 ° C.  While it is heating up, we put the butter in a bowl or a bowl, adding half a teaspoon of vanilla essence, and the 125 grams of sugar, in order to mix it and obtain a very fine mass we will use the blender. Once ready, add the egg -with its yolk- and continue beating the mixture.
